At Hot Yoga Coventry, we welcome people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds into a warm, inclusive community where movement supports both body and mind. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve flexibility, reduce stress, recover from injury or simply make time for yourself, we’re here to support your journey.

You don’t have to be flexible. You don’t have to be fit. You don’t need any previous experience. You simply have to begin.

Our purpose-built studio offers a diverse range of classes, including Hot Yoga, Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Pilates, Ashtanga yoga, Bikram, alongside specialist classes designed to support every stage of life and every individual journey.

Here’s a brief guide:

Opening times will be 30 mins prior to class start and end directly after class.

Spaces will be limited. If you are unable to attend class please cancel in advance, at least 1 day before the class.

Please bring your own mat and towel although you can rent both for £1 each. We will sell bottled water and a water dispenser is also available.
