TERMS & CONDITIONS

Bookings & Payment
All classes must be booked and paid for before attendance. Bookings are subject to availability. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their booking details are correct.

Booking Cancellations & No-Shows
Class bookings may be cancelled up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in the class being deducted from your class pass or monthly class allowance.

Classes Cancelled by Hot Yoga Coventry
We reserve the right to change or cancel a class where reasonably necessary, including where minimum attendance has not been reached. Where possible, we will provide at least 1 hour’s notice. If Hot Yoga Coventry cancels a class, any class credit used for that booking will be returned to your account.

Monthly Memberships
Monthly memberships renew automatically according to the billing frequency shown at purchase until cancelled. There is no minimum 6-month commitment unless specifically stated as part of an individual promotional offer.

Memberships are personal to the named member and cannot be transferred to another person.

4-Class Monthly Membership
Includes up to 4 eligible regular timetable classes during each monthly membership period. Unused classes do not roll over to the following month unless specifically stated.

Unlimited Memberships
Unlimited memberships provide access to eligible regular timetable classes, subject to availability. Workshops, courses, special events, private sessions and other separately priced activities are not included unless specifically stated.

Annual Membership
Annual membership provides 12 months of access to eligible regular timetable classes from the membership start date. Annual memberships are personal to the named member and are non-transferable.

Introductory & Promotional Offers
The £30 introductory offer is available to new clients only and provides access to eligible regular timetable classes for 20 consecutive days.

Promotional offers, including returning-client offers, may have separate eligibility, duration and purchase conditions. These will be displayed at the time of purchase.

Introductory and promotional offers are non-transferable and cannot be combined with another offer unless specifically stated.

Student, NHS & Services Memberships
Concessionary memberships may require evidence of eligibility. This may include valid student identification or evidence of employment or status for NHS staff, emergency services, teachers, carers and social care workers.

Class Passes
Class passes are valid for the period stated at purchase. Unused classes expire at the end of the stated validity period unless otherwise specified. Class passes are personal and non-transferable.

Workshops, Events & Specialist Classes
Memberships and regular class passes do not automatically include workshops, courses, special events, private sessions or specialist programmes. Separate prices, booking conditions and cancellation policies may apply.

Refunds & Transfers
Memberships, class passes and promotional offers are non-transferable. Refunds will be handled in accordance with the applicable purchase terms and your statutory rights.

Age & Participation
Regular adult classes are generally available to participants aged 16 and over. Classes and programmes specifically designed for children, young people or families may have different age requirements and require parental or guardian consent.

Health & Safety
Please inform the teacher of any relevant injury, pregnancy, health consideration or circumstance that may affect your participation. Participants are responsible for practising within their own abilities and following reasonable safety instructions given by the teacher.

We may refuse or discontinue participation where reasonably necessary for safety, inappropriate conduct, eligibility requirements or a serious breach of studio rules.

Changes to Classes & Timetable
Teachers, class times and the timetable may occasionally change. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes affecting existing bookings.

Website & Online Booking
Bookings, purchases and membership management may be completed through our website and booking platform. By making a booking or purchase, you agree to the terms applicable to that service.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Where a material change directly affects an existing membership, we will provide reasonable notice where appropriate.
